Lone Star Enduro

Racers we are just one day away from racing on the oval at Mike’s Hobbies in Porter, Texas. Remember this is Enduro weekend as the Lonestar 300 presented by Factory 41 RC and many others runs right after our normal racing program. 300 laps of enduro fun you don’t want to miss. There has been lots of rain but the track is dry and we are ready for a great evening of racing starting at 6pm Saturday. Practice will run through the day with racing promptly at 6pm.

Don’t miss this day of action on the oval!!
Remember June 6th, the RC Pro Oval South Series visits Mikes Hobbies. If you are a local racer or out of town racer please come join the fun. Awards will be given to the Top 3 and TQ for all classes.

You don’t have to be running for points or a member of RC Pro Series to come out and race and take home a nice award. Both days will be great days of racing, plus its back to back weekends of racing.

Saturday May 30th Racing & The Lone Star 300

This Saturday May 30th we go racing at Mikes Hobbies in Porter, Texas. Our normal program will be ran along with the Factory 41 RC sponsored Lonestar 300 enduro. We will have all our normal classes on-hand with racing kicking off at 6pm. First class is $15 with all other class entries capped at $10 bucks.

 

Remember the RC PRo Oval South Series visits Mikes Hobbies on June 10th with some of the best RC oval racers in Texas converging on Mikes multi-groove oval for some great racing. If you have any questions or comments please check us out on Facebook or email [email protected]

ARCDS Website IS Back

Its been awhile since I updated the site. After the loss of racing at Ultimate RC and the feeling of lost money and time I needed a reset from racing and promoting our sport. Well that time has ended and I’m back and excited about the future. We are racing a normal schedule at Mikes Hobbies in Porter, Texas. Our next race is Saturday May 30th at 6pm. You can find all the class and rule information throughout the site and on Facebook.

Saturday June 6th the RC Pro Oval Series returns to Mikes Hobbies in Porter, Texas for Race No.2 on the 2020 South Series schedule. All the cars and stars of the RC Pro Series will be in attendance and it should be a great day of racing. 

Look for some really neat news concerning RC Dirt Oval Racing on the Gulf Coast. Im in the process of helping Mikes Hobbies re-engage and grow and Im dedicating a lot of hours building a new track on the Southside of Houston. Details to follow very soon on the big announcement.

Racing Return Saturday November 17th

Racing returns Saturday November 17th at 1pm at the new racing venue; Mike’s Hobbies in Porter, Texas. Mikes has installed a nice dirt oval and a new program will be ran there starting this weekend. All our ARCDS classes will continue along with several new classes to be announced. Please join us this weekend as we kick off racing at this covered venue. 8-4-18 Track Update

I’ve received lots of questions about our schedule and tracks future but September 8th we pick up racing with the Allstar RC Dirt Series at Ultimate RC in Alvin, Texas. The remaining of the 2018 schedule will be raced out so enjoy the time off and we look forward to seeing you in a few weeks. We plan to prep the track later this month for a practice day. Im in the process of updating points and will post them this week. Feel free to message me with questions or comments. I’m tentatively planning for the 8th to be double a mains and points

 

I’m looking for alternate locations of a new facility in the future. The property which we race is for sale and for us to continue in 2019 and beyond it may take a new facility. Please know I have 2 options and early talks are going on for option A. Lets keep up the support and we will see how it works out. Thanks to each of you who support our great sport.
